The ribeye falls between the chuck (shoulder) and the loin and spans from ribs six through twelve. This section of the animal naturally collects more intramuscular fat, creating beautiful white lines of fat – what most have come to know as marbling, which is unique to the ribeye. Price will be calculated by weight.
